Chunks of sirloin steak or chicken, cooked in spicy green or red sauce (not hot), served with rice, refried beans, and flour tortillas.
Grilled thinly sliced marinated steak with grilled onions on top. Served with Mexican rice and beans, and flour tortillas.
Mexican Stuffed Steak
Grilled steak wrapped around a poblano pepper filled with shrimp, mushrooms, pico de gallo, and shredded cheese topped with chipotle cream. Served with a side of rice and salad with cilantro lime dressing.
